Fees for 2, year old’s £7.50 per hour
3 and 4 year old’s are £7.00 per hour,
We offer the following options; Term time only
8.45 – 11.45 Monday to Friday = 15 hours
8.00 – 3.20 Mon, Wed and Thur, 8.00 – 11.45 Tue and Fri = 29.5 hours
8.15 – 3.15 Mon, Wed and Thur, 8.15 – 11.45 Tue and Fri = 28 hours
12.15 – 3.15 Mon, Wed and Thur 9 hours
Adding on lunchtime and afternoon session to universal 15 hours: 11.45 – 3.15 Mon, Wed and Thur =10.5 hours
FEE PAYING and NON- FUNDED ADDITIONAL HOURS
- Invoices for fees and any additional paid for hours will be issued on a termly basis
- Please note that fees are charged for the ‘place’ and all fees are still payable if your child does not attend a session which they are allocated
- (Invoice will show the days/times agreed for additional and allocated for any Early Education funded hours)
- Fees can be paid through a number of option which need to be agreed with us.
- Options are;
- Through the ‘Tax Free childcare’ – You need to set up an account and make payments monthly in advance
- Bank payment transfer – Invoices will include the bank details where payments should be made and a reference code to ensure that it is credited to your child
This can be weekly or monthly in advance as agreed with us.
Payments should clear by the date indicated on your invoice.
- Either party is required to give One month’s notice or until the end of the current term (if less than one month) in writing to end or change this contract
Late or unpaid fees
- If fees are unpaid for 2 week the place will be reviewed
- If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please speak to us as soon as possible
